Returns and Refund Policy

Nonbiri Sty takes pleasure in doing everything we can to guarantee that our product descriptions are as detailed and precise as possible so that you don't have any unpleasant surprises when you receive your order! When our consumers buy with us, we want them to know precisely what they're getting. Nonbiri Sty guarantees that you will receive the item as stated on our product pages.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We always try our best to handle all purchases submitted on our website in a timely manner. The majority of orders are completed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at info@nonbiristy.com within 24 hours after placing it; otherwise, it will be too late. Orders will be accepted as final and ready to be sent to your doorstep after 24 hours.

Because the vast majority of products in our inventory are processed and/or sent within 24 hours, it's critical that you contact us during this time so that we can try to cancel your purchase before it's shipped.


RETURN POLICY:

We care about our clients and aim to make things as simple as possible for you. We also hope you will make things easy for us!

While we would love to accept all returns, we are unable to do so for a some reasons. The item received must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It needs to be in its original packaging as well.

Shipping expenses and product reimbursements will be our responsibility if the following criteria are met:

• Products having manufacturing flaws that make them unusable.

• The product or item received differs significantly from what was purchased. 

• The size sent differs from the size specified in the order.

• Your item is damaged upon receipt.

There's no need to send back the broken item you got. Simply take a picture or record a video and email it to info@Nonbiristy.com. We will offer a replacement or refund after we get the photograph/video. Easy!

However, remember to send the photo/video as soon as possible. After 30 days from the delivery date, damaged, missing, or incorrect products will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.The buyer is responsible for shipping costs related to returns and exchanges, if:

 Received product does not meet customer expectations.

 The selected size does not fit the customer's body measurements.

Customer simply wants an exchange for another product or return it.


NOTE:

We know we are all in different shapes and sizes. It is for this reason that we make every effort to ensure that the size you receive is the correct one, therefore please read and follow the measurement reference, table, and/or instructions included in the product description of the item you wish to purchase. Because the measurements are clearly mentioned on each of our product sites, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect sizing. Before placing your orders, we strongly advise you to get your measuring tape and rulers out.

You have 90 days from the day you got your eligible item to return it to us. However, we are certain that you will enjoy what you receive ;)


REFUND POLICY:

How can I get a refund?

Customer satisfaction is our first concern at Nonbiri Sty, which is why we make things as simple and easy, such as our return policy. We only handle refunds for valid claims, so please report any missing, damaged, or "item not as described" items as soon as possible, and we will gladly process a valid refund claim. We can either ship a replacement product or replace it with another item of equal value if you prefer.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will send you an email after we have received and inspected the returned item to let you know that it has been received. Within 1 to 5 business days, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

NOTE: (For late or missing refunds)

• If you have not yet received your refund, kindly double-check your bank account.

• Next, contact your credit card provider; your refund may take some time to appear on your statement.
